How many lbs are you thinking? A whole hog, sausage after pork chops and cutlets? They sell #32 hand grinders with v belts you could find some small electric motor. If you have a kitchen aid mixer they have meat grinder attachments for those. Harbor freight sells a cheap option but who knows how long it would last.
