for the hollow rolled style and solid pin style NOT using the tabs soldering is also acceptable, and in a pinch you can still use a regular pair of good wiring pliers, just use the smallest nock to crimp it in.
Ladd is good, but a bit more $$$$ for the connectors and kits.
