The problem with any GPS guidence system on hills is the tilt of the GPS antenna to the ground. No matter what you buy you will need to run tilt compensation. I don't know much about the JD lightbar, but maybe you should look into the EZ 250 or 500 from Trimble/AgLeader. Also there is products from Raven and TeeJet that are proven in the industry.
