Eastern VA. No such thing as too many Magnums.
I had Omni one morning, did the upgrade and then it showed my subscription to Omni was expired since Oct '08. Called omnistar and he fixed it before I could even get to the screen to prove it. Just thought I'd let you know in case it happens to you.
4.0 erased my Omni subscripton on EZG500
