You need it partitioned below 2Gb and formatted with FAT file system.
I have charged customers more than the USB stick is workth to make them work. Newegg has some cheap 1Gb for sale that will work, and or CNH dealers and Trimble dealers should be selling compatable ones in the $15-20 range.
