I love egg salad sammiches! It was always my favorite cooler sammich for the 8 hour drive out to shoot prairie dogs. I usually got started a little earlier. Funny thing that no one else liked them!
I've been using up the boiled Easter eggs making deviled eggs different ways. Keeps me away from the carbs.
Does anyone like egg salad?
