That was interesting. When I was looking at my labs for A1c over the last 10 years I noticed that I had had 3 tests for Vitamin D. the doctor ordered the tests because I had been having cramps when the first on was done. the number was 19. At that time the range on the low side of acceptable was 46. A few years later i was 20 by then the acceptable low was 20. the most recent one was 32 and the low side of acceptable range was still 20. Over the years we have been gradually adjusting the carbs down. After watching this video I wonder if the reduction of carbs caused this.
