NC Iowa | Good you were able to find someone to do the work. Few around here. Sure will make the building a lot more useable. Mind sharing approx cost?
I just added on to the end of my shed to make it 100'. Cost about $11 a sq ft. It took several years of searching for someone to do it for a realistic price.
Edit. looks like it you have a sparrow problem. I am very vigilante in knocking down every nest. That really helps.
