That is what discussion is about, differing ideas.

I don't expect in any way for everyone to watch all the videos I post. There are too many and some too long. I'm retired so I have the time. Plus I have a vested interest in my own health - I want to be able to scuba dive and keep riding motorcycles for another ten or fifteen years. I put them there so people know where I get my information and where I am coming from. Then the reference is there if they want to delve into the subject deeper.

I stick components of my success in once in a while because new people come and go and not everyone reads every post. So someone migrating over from another forum will get an idea where I am coming from if they have not read a bunch of my previous posts.
