Tuscola, IL | Doubt it. You’re unlikely to find a lot of r&d devoted to radiators within CNH. As someone else said, CNH gave them certain parameters. Such as application, physical size, and most importantly to them, cost. The entire design of the radiator was then left to the manufacturer to develop.
According to the original post, the “better” radiator is a new part number. Very unlikely it was available before 2014 when the 600 was last produced.
It’s a balancing act, for sure. Adams doesn’t want to make a radiator that will fail when their logo is attached to it. Case wants to save money on every part, the same way every OEM does. In my years dealing with farm equipment, I’ve never heard anyone discuss product life in regards to warranty. If that’s the case, do they swap in a different radiator if a customer purchases an extended warranty? | |
