| Leave the rubber piece in, pull the red seal pins out. The connector should be visable, and or use a pair of needle nose pliars to remove the frnt plastic shield from the connector, and see if the pins have latched. If not push them in untill they do. If they are damaged you will have to purchase some new female pins from the dealer. Replace the front plastic shield when don, making sure not to get any pins out of line, just push it in.
