Get exapta to send you extra rear bolts they are a slim setup will just need cut threads off a bit.

Personally I don’t mind rivet I hold 4lb hammer one side hit the other works pretty good few smack good to go. It takes up any slop you have in holes. Just make sure you don’t hit the valion as it will break not that it happened to me or anything.

A cold chisel will bust them off. I tried our old rivet tool it doesn’t work good for those rivets or at least I don’t have correct die. It’s not something will have to do often I put valion guards on in 2013 never touched them till this year when a row unit shank cracked. I’m still over 3/4” with 500 acres a row.
