On my system, STX with Edrive TC, I don't have steering wheel sensor installed. All I have to do at end of pass is manually turn steering wheel to make turn to go to next pass. As soon as you get tractor moved about 6 feet off of last pass by manually steering, system will disengage itself. Finish turn and drive tractor towards next pass. When tractor gets close enough to next pass, edrive will auto engage and I can then let go of steering wheel. Once I get my A-B line set, never have to push any buttons. Been that way since I started with an S2 about 10 years ago and same with the STX I have now.


Edit to add. This will not work with Edrive XD or XC. Only on the Edrive TC and the original edrive.
