| Absolutely not. That's above my pay grade.
It's the environment or culture that SOME class action's in the past have created that draws my criticism.
Too many times the individuals who need or deserve protection & compensation. They finish the race in second place,waaaaaay behind the law firms!
Edit to add. The movie " Dark Waters" released in 2019 follows the efforts of a lawyer who selflessly goes after The DuPont Corporation. At one time the large law firm he worked for represented DuPont before he independently turned to help a farmer and his family. True story. Good movie!
