Subject: State of Illinois junk


SE Illinois		My brother bought a batwing off Illinois state website for an extra mower. Hard to buy items just by looking at pics, but he bid accordingly.

After getting it home it was a little worse than anticipated. I don’t think it had the deck ever cleaned off. Main deck was rotted all the way through where debris falls from wings when folded and stays on the deck.

At least Brad is a good at fabrication, spent a little time cutting bad spots out and replacing with new. A quick coat of paint and it should be a good spare for our other two batwings.
