I don't think they think it's a joke. I think they feel that we could keep a portion of the economy going, as long as conditions warrant.
Many of us spent 2 weeks on lockdown before there was a confirmed hit in a tri county area. That seems a little excessive to many.
I’d say that’s accurate. It’s frustrating to walk into a empty Restraunt after 14 hrs in a truck and be told you can’t sit even though the place is empty and they want to serve you. Then you see that the grocery store and liquor store is packed
