Good job clay. I used to cure quite abit of bacon myself when we had all the kids around, but nowadays it’s easier to just pickup a lb at fareway.

used to make a lot of Canadian bacon also.

looks like the skinner guy should lay-off the moonshine though.....at least until he gets the hide off.....
