Friday, my local bank said they weren't touching this, yet.
Their problem with it is, for it to go to grant from a loan, it must be spent on payroll, interest, utilities and so on He claims that if not, and default occurs, they are liable. And with that, not willing to administer each account so closely for so little gain to the bank.
