Short answer: Not gonna happen.
Nobody is going to shortcut the bureaucracy.
UL would be required just to start. I don't know if FDA or EPA approves devices like that, or substantiates their claims, or oversees your tests of the claims, or how that part works. But I promise, it's not going to happen this year. Somebody will either have the brains to trust you, or test it themselves, and go ahead with using it, or else they'll ignore you.
