The usual thing is to use a control transformer. That coil is 240 volt. A lot of 3 phase doesn't use a neutral wire. Most machine tools on 480 would have a transformer from 480 to 240. Something like this

The overload below the contactor will be for twice the amps when you move to 480. That means poor protection. Should be changed. Maybe with different links or heaters.
May be cheaper and easier to change out both contactor and thermal protector for proper one for 480 coil and closer amps.
