One Neighbor CANCELED $100,000 of potash

I'm scrubbing mine.. cutting it in half.

The Dryland Corn program here is gonna take A MAJOR HIT!  Seed and Fertility.. Screw it.. do sorghum with no fertility.

The Guys who KNOW their Costs.. are ACTING FAST AND HARD!!
The 250+ Corn fertility programs are being chopped.

The rest.. are starting to question.

Between Basis and Futures.. Corn prices have dropped a DOLLAR..

that WILL GET A RESPONSE.

Should this Wheat COVER CROP which was INTENDED to go to CORN.. (pic taken before Freeze) stay as WHEAT?  If we kill it and go to Corn.. Can we keep the Sprinkler going.. one pivot outfit was closed due to sickness.. and all the Costs associated with Corn.. vs just going AS IS.. Good and walk away.  For Clarity you need to look past the fertilized corner to the circle.. it's not as green and certainly not seeded at a irrigated rate.. but better than losing $$$ on $3 corn...

A bird in the hand is worth 2 in the Bush..??  Especially this year when the Federal Government is considering a National Quarantine..??
