Hospital trash has lots of barely used masks in them.
Most things I see say that Covid 19 can not survive more than three days on surfaces, so why not put mask in a box marked used by (nurse name) on Monday and have same nurse reuse the same mask on the following Monday.
Heat over 135 F is suppose to kill the virus rapidly. Why not put the used masks in an oven on low for a few hours. Shouldn't be hot enough to melt the straps or damage the material.
