If the kids wanted to take care of there elderly parents they wouldn’t be in a rest home.
Ive heard of hundreds of cases over custody of a child, but yet to hear of one over custody of a parent......
I have, older man had 5 kids, 3 did not want him in the rest home but we're completely in willing to help care for him and the other 2 could not physically take care of him and wanted him to have the best care he could get. Went to court and everything.
