Market timers often get slaughtered.
By the time you know you should have gotten in it will be too late.
If you are a long term investor (not just a gambler)-there is quite a discount now over what it was a month ago. If you want to spread risk roll in 10% each week over next 10 or 20 weeks or whatever timeframe makes sense for you.
