Ohio | A few years back I spent some time researching shrimp production . If my memory serves me rite , Iowa had a group of growers trying to get started . How has that progressed ? They were raising in large tanks . Personally I thought there may have been a future for this . Now more than ever when people ask where their food is being produced . I can't bring myself to want the selection of fish in my local supermarket , when the origin says product of China . And the majority of their selection carries that label . | |
