Missouri | I just heard they are using Force Majeure at Valero to get out of any future corn contracts. I am guessing poet will follow their lead. I just had my neighbor tell me the same thing on some corn that he had sold to a non ethanol plant! He had it sold at $4.00 for next months delivery. They said it was an act of God so to bad! So much for the good marketing. I would hold onto your hats! That won't make bankers happy when they were told it was sold at $4.00 and now the producer will get $3.00!
