But i don't believe that applies in undelivered grain on a force majuer or whatever that fancy word is. Would come into play on a bankruptcy. It will be interesting if they get away with this. If able to apply here could get interesting i would claim major drought could be interpreted the same on the farmer side of the contract as an act of God.
