Why do that? Cant market the stuff until you have it and you have 12 months to market it afterwards.

You are correct and I am still sitting on a bin full of last years unpriced corn, waiting/hoping/praying it will increase in price. I don't want to tie up my money that long hoping that it will go higher. More beans. Less hauling. Less drying.

Cash is king right now. Cash buys all other commodities and perhaps I can bottom pick other things to enhance my portfolio. Or I can plant a lot of corn and hope. (again)


Cash is king, I generally speaking would agree with that statement. But the value of the cash is becoming less and less and less, fed pumping trillions. The money just gets cheaper and cheaper.
