Eastern Shore of MD | We run ez steer in ours. It would require the EZ steer screen and likely a receiver.... not sure if you can tie the 2 together with one receiver or not.
We had an ez steer in other equipment so we just moved them from machine to machine as needed.
Works well but we do not run more than 7 - 10 mph, faster than that IDK.
Our spreader controller is an Edge and we should upgrade it soon as it will do var rate but is a bit antiquated.
Can not help you with autosteer from the viper 4. I would think you would need a hydraulic valve for control but not sure.
