Panhandle of Ne. | What I read is there is a specific number of employees, like 50 or so, to qualify and keep these employees for a specified amount of time to make it a non-payback. I'm sure this is subject to change.
Did a little more research and seems as if the loan is only good for amount of annual salaries/wages. It's called the paycheck protection program. It is only available for entities or people that fall under the SBA guidelines which most ag producers would.
