Oregon | I can see how that would upset a fella, but consider this.
1. If you are the tenant, and if the cell company proceeded your lease right, they almost courtly recorded their leasehold or easement right.
2. Either of those two documents almost certainly included a right of access.
3. That right of access, if preexisting your leasehold, means that you took the lease subject to that encumbrance.
4. Seems like a couple of well-timed passes with a drag would level most of that back up. If that is all it takes, if, then it's kinda hard to bill for it.
5. Someone doing their job, doesn't make them an idiot. Consider what you would have done in their position if you had to complete the tower work on schedule and didn't want to run your rig through the trees.
6.Seems to me, all things considered, this might be the time of year to cause the least amount of field or crop damage.
7. I could be totally wrong about all of the above- I don't know your facts.
