Crawfordsville, Arkansas | I waited about 10 days for a box from Shoup. Ordered some planter parts and supposed to be shipped in 3 boxes. Got 2 boxes and one was totally wrong, full of combine parts. 3rd box was in never never land for about 10 days and finally came in late Tuesday.
Ordered some parts for a Fecon mulcher head from the local Komatsu and after getting the runaround for about 2 weeks we finally got down to the problem. Parts were coming out of Seattle and the city had basically shut down and nothing got done. Finally got someone there to answer the phone and got my parts overnighted.
