The changeover consists of replacing the upper feeder house pulley and bracket, with a fixed pulley.
Then removing the sheaves and big spring from the reverser, and installing a fixed pulley.
Then installing a new tightner and double belt.
Best money spent in a long time. No reason to have the variable speed feeder house drive that I can see. Keeps feederhouse speed around 500, and no slippage with chopping head.
