You are never going to hit the peak high or the bottom low. You've already missed one up swing. Buy on the next down swing. There will be plenty.
Or if you don't have the stomach for this market. There are currently some very nice priced bonds in the secondary market paying 3 to 3.5 percent with a 10 or 15 year lock.
