Re-read my post. Several have said they got paid 65% of the total of $0.12. At least one if not two others have shown that that $0.12 total payment was on 20% of the total estimated/calculated bushels grown. Therefore the reality is a total payment of $0.12/bu on only 20% of production is $0.024/bu. That's 2.4 cents, not 24 cents.
