They put force majeure clauses in contract for a reason. This is clearly one of them. They owe to their shareholders to take advantage of their contracts outs. The pandemic is not their fault. Should they bankrupt their company to make ethanol with no where to go? That is crazy.
Valero can't pay it's bills? Poor little Multi Billion $$$ Oil Companies.
