Hey Lance,
This is a new HP from Best Buy that was just out of the box and GNSS configured exactly the same as the Dell sitting beside it. Could there be enough junk preloaded on computer running in the background that is effecting the data stream? I did notice that the CMR throughput would bounce between 50-100% with the HP but always sat at 100% when using the Dell.
RTK float and RTK fixed?
