Illinois would have a lot more cases if widespread testing was being done. I personally know 2 families who went to clinics with Covid19 symptoms and were told they would not be tested for it unless they needed to be hospitalized. They were told to self quarantine for 2 weeks and go to the emergency room if symptoms got worse.
