It’s hard to know what the true reasons are but I think the popular consensus is that it’s a play to bankrupt the US shale producers.

i was reading a industry news letter alittle bit ago, and it’s expected that most of the crude storage will be full in a couple weeks, with areas like the tar sands of Canada, going full in a couple of days.......
