north mo | Getting ready to reset the rates on a land loan any advice as to how long I should lock it in for.
about a month ago they were offering 4% for 1 yr and 4.8 for 15 yrs. With short term rates this low it would be tempting to just go the shortest
possible and then take my chances on the future. Will this liquidity being pumped in cause inflation in a few yrs that will cause rates to go up.
