In your location I think I would be more likely to plant 9500, you guys probably get close to 2x more rain than we get. 14" annual precip here.
Get a bag of 1040 to try it looks really promising.
I did notice 9520 had alot of leaf disease this year. It didn't seem to hurt it much but you could pick it out in my plot.
