I was talking to a neighbor this evening. He told me that on Friday night he ate steaks, Saturday he cooked a pork loin, Sunday he made hamburgers for his family. I have talked to other friends in town and they are saying the same thing. They are at home might as well take the time to make a healthy good meal for the family. I really would like to think that this coronavirus scare will make people realize that family time is important and they should eat together more. It could really help our meat market in the long run. Just my humble opinion.
