Thank you, but I don't think my will power has changed any. What has changed is my knowledge. Before what I was doing I knew was not perfect but I thought it was "ok". When I learned what I was doing was very detrimental (instead of just modestly so) and that I really had so much control over my health through diet change (and got my health back in a fairly short order) then it became a no-brainer. Knowledge was the key. Implementing it once learned has not been bad at all and the results have been fantastic. John
