Another anecdote this time on dandruff.

Just got back yesterday from our over winter spot down south and went shopping to buy household stuff. Took a shower this morning and had a new bottle of Head and Shoulders shampoo in the shower. I have used Head and Shoulders most of the time for I think about as long as we have been married going on 38 years, because of flaky dandruff. But I had quit using it about 6 months ago because I quit having dandruff. She had simply picked up out of habit from the past, not because I needed it.

But it reminded me, when I changed the diet the dandruff went away. Along with the skin tags and moles shrinking.

Coincidence? Maybe, but I don't think so.
