Putting a manual switch in one of the PWM wires should work for you but it seems like there should be another way. Apparently this is a direct hydraulic system where you have no way to shut off the hydraulic flow? I don't use PWM but just flip my SCV in the tractor to float to allow the pump to coast to a stop.
