I’ve done a bit of this. Melting down urea is not a easy process, especially if the water is cold. I always had it brought in by the tanker load. I haven’t done it in a few years as the protein premiums have disappeared. The solution looks like it came from a slough and one year we had a lot of problems with plugging from clay that was in the urea. Here is a pic of a field I did a few years ago, I had applied the solution the night before, in the morning you could see the area covered because the dew stuck to the solution.
