The short answer is yes.

Long answer, AGI3's/4's sold by AGCO generally have Omnistar unlocked. If it was sold through Topcon dealer is does not always have unlock. Unlock is $2k-ish. Generally, receivers (AGI3/4) should be plug and play with AGCO/MF/Challenger tractors after 2011/12, but their may need to be software updated in the tractor to be able to see the receiver. Especially if tractor never had software updated and receiver has newer software. AGCO was/is notorious for having not keeping software as up to date as Topcon (usually 2-3 generations behind). I have updated X30's through 7-10 generations of software to get to current software.

Early AGCO X30's were actually Topcon X30's. Later units were brand-locked by AGCO and do not have the same functionality as a Topcon X30. Topcon's X35 has no AGCO equivalent. The C3000 is Topcon hardware with AGCO software. It can do steering and mapping (and a few other things), but also does not have the same functionality as an X30/35.
