Of all the vitamins, minerals and supplements my wife forces me to take, turmeric is one that I definitely think helps. It keeps my joints more limber and I don't feel like saying "oh the hell with it" when I drop something on the ground. She gets it in capsules from Doterra which is one of those essential oils companies.
