I don't know anything about Streamer nozzles, BUT Teejet nozzle bodies (for spray nozzles) are setup at the slight angle, when they are twisted onto a boom (= they aren't in a perfect "line" with the boom)
{I wonder, if once those streamer nozzles get twisted onto a nozzle body, then they "might line up"}
