Call AGCO Answers 877-525-4384 they have the authority to put you in touch with the proper department within AGCO if the dealer cannot assist you. This is an American based customer service organization that will help you get the answers you need and have access to resources within the company. Sometimes they may get you in a conference call between you, the dealer and corporate representative. If you have a question about anything in the organization from sale, service, parts or any other department they are trained to get it resolved. AGCO Answers will be monitored to make sure the customer is getting the treatment and answers they deserve.

This does not replace the dealer but is a single point customer contact point to get Answers for customers.

Give it a call if you have a question or concern.

 

 

 

 

 



I guess I don't understand what this is for, exactly. What are some examples of questions one might ask here and not at the dealership? Won't dealers get upset if you go around them and ask the AGCO help line, as it might reflect poorly on the dealer?
